I'm a serial builder of operating models and adoption systems, in environments that had none. But designing the structure is the easy part. The real work is helping people see it, then helping them get ready to use it, because seeing a better way and being ready to change for it are two different things.

I rarely get that right on the first pass, and I've stopped expecting to. I test with the people who have to live inside the system, watch what breaks, and rebuild: fail fast, learn fast, until adoption stops being a mandate and starts being a habit. That's shown up as a KYC transformation inside a global bank, an interim CHRO mandate inside a fintech startup, a founder's chair at a company I built myself, and now, an executive search firm's first Product Excellence function, built from a lean team of two. Different rooms, same instinct: turning chaos into connected clarity.

  • Founding the firm's Product Excellence Office from the ground up, partnering directly with partners, CxOs, consultants, and department heads across the firm. Leads a team of two, translating strategy into working prototypes through AI-assisted development, rather than waiting on a dedicated engineering team.
  • Launched the firm's strategic software adoption program: cross-team workshops, adoption metrics and visualization, and the initiatives that took it live internally, from brand reveal through new-hire onboarding.
